Will I lose my normal number?

Does my phone even support eSIM?

When does my data actually start?
Your plan's validity starts when the eSIM connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy it. So you can safely install days before you fly.
Do I need internet to install it?
Yes, to install — which is why we recommend doing it at home on wifi before you travel. Once it's installed, it sits there dormant and springs to life when you land.
What if I run out of data?
Top up from your account in a couple of taps, or buy another plan. No overage charges, no bill shock — you can only spend what you choose to.
What happens when I get home?
Nothing. It just stops. There's no subscription, no auto-renew and no sneaky charges — you can delete the eSIM or leave it for next time.
