Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who’s responsible for your data
SNSocial Limited(trading as FullBars) is the data controller for the personal data described here. We’re a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15740235), registered office Ballycraine South Parade, Croft On Tees, Darlington, England, DL2 2SN. For anything about your data, email help@fullbars.co.uk. Our ICO registration number is ZC201224.
2. What we collect
- Account details — your email address and password (passwords are stored securely hashed by our auth provider, never in plain text).
- Order & payment details — your email, purchase history and the plans you buy. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t see or store your full card number.
- eSIM details — technical identifiers (such as the ICCID) and data-usage information needed to provide and support your eSIM.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data when you use the site.
- Communications & preferences — messages you send us and your marketing opt-in choice.
3. How and why we use it
We use your data on these legal bases:
- To provide the service and process orders — performance of our contract with you.
- Customer support and account management — our contract and our legitimate interest in running the service well.
- Legal and accounting obligations — keeping order and transaction records — legal obligation.
- Marketing emails — only where you’ve opted in — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Analytics and site improvement — with your consent for non-essential cookies (see below).
- Fraud prevention and security — our legitimate interest in protecting the service and our customers.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies that make the site work (for example keeping you signed in and remembering your cart). We also use analytics and marketing tools that set their own cookies and are only used where you consent: Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Netlify Analytics. These help us understand site usage and measure our advertising. You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie settings and your browser, and withdraw consent at any time.
If you reach us through one of our referral partners (such as a comparison or review site), we set a first-party referral cookie that records only which partner sent you, so we can credit them for the introduction. It lasts up to 30 days, holds no personal data, and isn’t used to track you across other websites.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database, authentication and hosting (EU region).
- eSIMAccess — eSIM provisioning and fulfilment.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Resend — sending transactional and (where opted in) marketing emails.
- Google, Meta and TikTok — analytics and advertising measurement (with your consent).
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses — to keep your data protected to UK standards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order and financial records for around six years to meet our legal and tax obligations. We keep your account data until you delete your account, and marketing preferences until you withdraw consent. When you delete your account we erase your personal data and anonymise the transaction records we’re legally required to retain.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access a copy of your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent (for example to marketing) at any time.
To exercise any of these, email help@fullbars.co.uk. You can manage your marketing preferences and delete your account in your account settings. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, restricted database access and trusted processors (Stripe handles card data to PCI standards) to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
10. Children
FullBars isn’t intended for anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under that age.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published here with the date it was last updated.
