Refund Policy
Last updated 14 July 2026
eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, which affects your refund rights. Here's exactly where you stand — and we'll always try to sort things out fairly.
1. The short version
- Not used it yet? Full refund within 14 days, as long as the eSIM hasn’t been activated or installed and no data has been used.
- Already activated or used data? It’s non-refundable — except where the eSIM is faulty.
- eSIM won’t work? We’ll help you fix it, replace it, and refund you if we genuinely can’t.
2. Your 14-day cancellation right and immediate delivery
For digital content, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because our eSIMs are delivered to you immediately, at checkout you ask us to supply the eSIM straight away and acknowledge that once delivery has begun you lose the automatic right to cancel. Even so, we still offer the refund on unused eSIMs described below as a matter of goodwill.
3. Unused eSIMs
If you change your mind, we’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated or installed and no data has been used. Just contact us with your order number.
4. Activated or used eSIMs
Once an eSIM has been activated or installed, or any data has been used, it can’t be refunded — including part-used plans and unused data or validity left at the end of a plan. This is because the service has been supplied. The exception is a faulty eSIM (below).
5. Faulty or non-working eSIMs
If your eSIM doesn’t work as it should, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help troubleshoot it. If we can’t get it working, we’ll replace it or give you a full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (that digital content should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) always apply and aren’t affected by this policy.
6. Device compatibility and coverage
Please check your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before buying — see our compatibility guide. We can’t refund a plan simply because a device isn’t compatible or is locked to another network, or for coverage and speed issues that come down to local networks outside our control. That said, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Wrong or duplicate purchases
Bought the wrong plan or ordered twice by mistake? Contact us quickly. If the eSIM is unused we’ll refund or swap it.
8. How to request a refund
Email help@fullbars.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the problem. You can find your orders in your account.
9. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. They’re usually processed within a few days, though it can take a little longer to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
