Terms of Service

Last updated 14 July 2026

These terms set out the deal between you and us when you use our website and buy a FullBars eSIM. Please read them — buying a plan means you accept them.

1. Who we are

FullBars is a trading name of SNSocial Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15740235), with its registered office at Ballycraine South Parade, Croft On Tees, Darlington, England, DL2 2SN. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “FullBars” mean SNSocial Limited. You can reach us any time at help@fullbars.co.uk.

2. These terms

By using our website, creating an account, or buying a plan, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use FullBars. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy from us. You agree to give accurate account and payment details and to keep them up to date.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

5. What we sell

We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIMs. eSIMs are supplied electronically — after payment you receive a QR code and activation details to install on a compatible device. Connectivity is provided through our eSIM supplier and their local mobile network partners.

eSIMs only work on devices that are eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. It’s your responsibility to check your device before buying — see our compatibility guide. We can’t refund plans that don’t work because a device isn’t compatible or is locked to another network (but we’ll always try to help).

6. Coverage, speeds and availability

Coverage, data speeds and availability depend on the local mobile networks and our supplier, and are outside our direct control. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular speed everywhere. Each plan has a data allowance and validity period shown at checkout; unused data and time expire at the end of the validity period and aren’t carried over. Fair-use or network-management limits set by the underlying networks may apply.

7. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). SNSocial Limited is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. A contract forms when we deliver your eSIM. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

8. Delivery

eSIMs are delivered electronically, usually within minutes, to the email and/or account used at checkout. By purchasing, you ask us to make the eSIM available immediately. See our Refund Policy for how this affects your cancellation rights.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Your rights to cancel and get a refund are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use our service for anything unlawful, or in breach of local laws where you travel;
  • resell, redistribute or commercially exploit eSIMs without our written permission;
  • misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

11. Intellectual property

The FullBars name, logo, website and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our permission.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control (such as local network outages or device incompatibility). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Your consumer rights

As a consumer you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other legislation. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. For free, impartial advice, contact Citizens Advice.

14. Complaints

If something’s gone wrong, email us at help@fullbars.co.ukand we’ll do our best to put it right.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales(this doesn’t remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in).
