Bakcell and Azercell

Is there coverage on the road to Xinaliq?+
It thins as you climb. Quba and the lower valley are covered; the high road up to Xinaliq is patchy and the village itself is at 2,300m. Download the route before setting off.
Can I use this in Armenia as well?+
No, they're separate plans, and the land border between the two is closed. Travel between them means routing through a third country.
How do I install it?+

Will it work on my phone?+
