GTA across the island
Your eSIM connects to GTA on 4G. Guam is about 50km long and thoroughly developed along its western side — Tumon, Tamuning, Hagåtña and the airport all have solid coverage, as does Andersen in the north.
The jungle interior and the southern hills are thinner, as is the Ritidian point area at the northern tip.
A US territory, but not on the USA plan
Guam is an unincorporated US territory — American currency, American post codes, and a US visa waiver arrangement for many travellers. It is not, however, covered by our USA plan, because it runs its own network.
Worth knowing if you're routing through from the mainland or combining Guam with Hawaii. Each needs its own plan.
Who actually goes, and how much data
Guam's visitors come overwhelmingly from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan — it's a three to four hour flight from Tokyo and the shopping and beaches are the draw. British visitors are rare, and it's a very long way from anywhere else.

Does my USA plan cover Guam?+
No. Guam is a US territory but runs its own mobile network, so it needs a separate plan. The same applies if you're combining it with Hawaii, which is on the USA plan.
Is coverage good across the island?+
Along the developed western side — Tumon, Tamuning, Hagåtña — yes. The jungle interior, the southern hills and Ritidian point in the north are thinner.
How do I install it?+
After checkout we email your eSIM and a QR code. Scan it in your phone's settings, switch the line on, and you're ready — do it before you fly and it activates when you land.
Will it work on my phone?+

Can I keep using my normal number?+
