How do I check my remaining data?
Your account shows live usage for every eSIM — here's where, and how fresh it is.
Sign in to your account — each eSIM shows a usage bar with data used vs. total, plus its expiry date.
How fresh is it?
Usage figures come from the network and update periodically, not instant-by-instant — so treat the bar as accurate to within the last little while, not to the megabyte in the last minute.
Watching it on your phone
Your phone also counts data per SIM, which is handy as a rough live check:
- iPhone: Settings → Mobile Service → scroll to your usage stats
- Android: Settings → Connections/Network → Data usage → pick the FullBars eSIM
The network's count (your account page) is the one that decides when you've used your allowance — phone counters drift a little.
