How do I top up my data?

Running low? You can add more data to your existing eSIM — it extends the one already in your phone, so there's no new QR code and nothing to reinstall.

How

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Find your eSIM and tap Buy more data.
3. Pick a top-up package and pay. The data lands on your eSIM automatically — usually within a minute or two.

Good to know

• Top-ups are only offered for packages compatible with your eSIM's coverage area — you'll only see options that work.
• If you bought as a guest, create an account with the same email you used at checkout and your order will be waiting.
• Completely out of data and can't get online? Wifi in a café is enough — the top-up itself needs no mobile data.
