Orange along the coast
Your eSIM connects to Orange Liberia on 4G. Monrovia, Buchanan, Gbarnga and the coastal road are covered, as are the main routes inland toward the Guinean border.
Liberia is heavily forested and the interior is thinly served. Sapo national park, the country's largest protected rainforest, has essentially no coverage.
Robertsport and the surf
Liberia has a small but genuine surf scene, centred on Robertsport a couple of hours northwest of Monrovia, where long right-hand point breaks come in off Cape Mount. It's uncrowded in a way almost nowhere else is.
The town has workable coverage. The road there deteriorates in the rainy season, which runs roughly May to October and is heavy — Liberia gets among the highest rainfall in West Africa.

Is there coverage at Robertsport?+
Yes, workable in the town. Note the road there deteriorates badly in the rainy season from roughly May to October — Liberia gets some of the heaviest rainfall in West Africa.
