Andorra is not in the EU
Worth stating plainly, because it catches people out every ski season. Andorra is a sovereign principality between France and Spain and is not a member of the European Union. It is not covered by UK networks' Europe roaming bundles, and it is not included in our Europe regional plan either.
If you're driving through from Toulouse or Barcelona, your data will stop at the border. This is the plan you need for the country itself.
Mobiland across the valleys
Your eSIM connects to Andorra Telecom's Mobiland network on 5G, the country's sole operator. Andorra la Vella, Escaldes-Engordany, Encamp, Soldeu and Pas de la Casa are all well covered.
The ski areas at Grandvalira and Vallnord have coverage across the pistes and lift stations. Off-piste and on the higher summer hiking routes toward the Coma Pedrosa, it thins.
How much data
A ski week with resort apps, lift maps and group messaging runs comfortably on 3 GB at £8.99. A shopping weekend needs far less — 1 GB at £3.99 will do it.
Andorra is compact enough that you're rarely far from Wi-Fi in a hotel or restaurant.

Does my Europe plan or UK roaming cover Andorra?+
Almost certainly not. Andorra isn't in the EU, so it's excluded from UK networks' Europe bundles and from our Europe regional plan too. Your data will stop at the border coming in from France or Spain.
