The UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advises against all travel to Belarus. That advice invalidates most standard travel insurance, and the FCDO has noted significant limits on the consular assistance it can provide.

Belarus is flat and compact by regional standards, and coverage across the populated areas is reasonable. The Belovezhskaya Pushcha forest and the more rural southeast are thinner.
