A note about landmines
This matters more than any coverage detail. Bosnia still has areas contaminated by landmines and unexploded ordnance from the 1990s conflict, and demining is ongoing. Marked areas must be taken seriously, and you should stick to established paths and roads.
Do not use a mapping app to plan an off-road shortcut here. Download the route by all means, but the rule in rural Bosnia is to stay on surfaces other people are visibly using.
