Telia and Tele2 across the country
Your eSIM connects to Telia Lietuva and Tele2, both on 5G. Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and the main roads between them are well covered, as is the Baltic coast around Palanga and Nida.
Lithuania is largely flat and agricultural, which suits mobile networks. The Dzūkija forests in the south are the thinnest part and even then only in patches.
The Curonian Spit and the border
The Curonian Spit is a long sand bar running south from Klaipėda, and it's worth knowing that only the northern half is Lithuanian — the southern half is Russian territory in Kaliningrad, with a closed border partway down.
Your Lithuania plan covers the Lithuanian section, Nida and Juodkrantė included. As you head toward the border your phone may start seeing Russian networks, which this plan does not cover. Not a practical problem for visitors, since you can't cross without a separate visa, but worth understanding if the carrier name changes.
How much data
A weekend in Vilnius runs fine on 1 GB at £1.00. A week including Kaunas, the Hill of Crosses and the coast wants 3 GB. Touring all three Baltic states is usually better on the Europe plan.

Does it cover the whole Curonian Spit?+
The Lithuanian half, yes — including Nida and Juodkrantė. The southern half is Russian territory in Kaliningrad and isn't covered by this plan, though you can't cross the border without a separate visa anyway.
Should I buy this or the Europe plan for a Baltic trip?+
For Lithuania alone, this plan is cheaper. If you're taking in Latvia and Estonia too, the Europe plan covers all three on a single eSIM and saves installing several.
How do I install it?+
