The Bay of Kotor, and the road round it
The bay is the reason most people come, and driving around it is spectacular and slow — a single coastal road, heavy summer traffic and a ferry shortcut at Kamenari that saves a considerable detour.
Live traffic information genuinely helps in July and August, when the road through Kotor and Budva can back up badly. The serpentine road up to Lovćen is covered for most of its climb.

Will I have signal rafting the Tara canyon?+
Not at the bottom. It's the deepest canyon in Europe and signal doesn't reach the river for much of the run. Leave valuables and plans sorted before you set off.
Is coverage good around the Bay of Kotor?+
Yes, throughout the bay and along the coastal road. Live traffic data is genuinely useful there in July and August when the single road backs up.
